    Before washing and drying, these were really stiff. That washed out and they became a soft & smooth stretch cotton. These are made well and true to size.The crotch is narrow, so if you’re enough wider down there to pay attention to the concern, these might not work very well for you.The back covers about half to a third of the butt by design. (For “normal” sizes; Even less for the truly endowed.) It isn’t a thong, but under certain gear, it can work its way up. It’s less uncomfortable doing that than when briefs and worse than a thong. I think it’s more flattering.The elastic does flip around sometimes but is mostly well behaved.These are nice looking and comfortable.
